Click & Collect Option:
When selecting Click & Collect option, your product will be ready for pick up within 1 business day. However, processing could be delayed during weekends, public holidays and busy/sale periods.

Returns/Exchanges: All returns and exchanges for online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Please contact Bertie before you return an item to have return/exchange authorised. All returns which have not be previously authorised will not be accepted. All items must be unworn and unused, with original tags and labels attached. Please also note that we do not exchange or refund any earrings, swim wear or lingerie/underwear due to hygiene.
Orders placed with AfterPay cannot be refunded, you will instead be given an exchange or store credit.
If you would like to exchange your item, please send it back with a note (including your order number) of what you would like to exchange it for (after confirming with us) and also please include a self addressed Pre-paid Auspost Satchel.
You may also come to our store and return / exchange your online purchased item.
(Please note all in-store purchases are non-refundable and you will be issued with a store credit or exchange within 14 days.)

Please note that Bertie stocks limited quantities of each item to keep it unique, however if your style is sold out do not hesitate to contact us with an enquiry on your desired garment and we can try and assist you by re-ordering it. Usually a 50% deposit is required on special orders depending on the label.
