Order Information

 

Due to the Easter holiday period & transition of relocating our shop, orders made within the period of the 11th to the 16th of April may occur a short delay in receiving their product if they opt for the postage option. If you create a purchase with the delivery option during this period you parcel will be scheduled for collection on the 17th of April. From the 19th of April to the 22nd of April (Easter Public Holidays) there will be no postage of orders, orders made during this time will be sent out on the 23rd & 24th of April before Anzac day (25th of April).

Shipping:

We endeavour to get all parcels shipped same or next business day. 

Recommended delivery times:

Express Shipping:

1-2 days for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS

2-4 days for NT, WA

Standard Shipping:

1-4 days for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS

4-10 days for WA, NT

Please note that all orders may be delayed during the peak periods and public holidays for example: Christmas, New Years & Sale periods.

Bertie can not be held responsible for missing or stolen goods after we have posted your items. 

Click & Collect Option:

When selecting Click & Collect option, your product will be ready for pick up within 1 business day. However, processing could be delayed during weekends, public holidays and busy/sale periods.

Payment: We accept as payment method: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and AfterPay (please read below regarding AfterPay).

 

AfterPay: AfterPay lets you Buy Now and Pay Later. Interest Free. Available for Australian and New Zealand Customer. Must be 18+. Order up to $1000 AUD.

 

Returns/Exchanges: All returns and exchanges for online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. 

Please contact Bertie before you return an item to have return/exchange authorised. All returns which have not be previously authorised will not be accepted. All items must be unworn and unused, with original tags and labels attached.

Please also note that we do not exchange or refund earrings, swim wear or lingerie/underwear due to hygiene. Also note that we do not offer refunds on sale items, we are happy to offer you exchange or store credit. 

Once your item/s have arrived back to Bertie, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Orders placed with AfterPay cannot be refunded, you will instead be given an exchange or store credit. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please send it back with a note (including your order number) of what you would like to exchange it for (after confirming with us) and also please include a self addressed Pre-paid Auspost Satchel.

You may also come to our store and return / exchange your online purchased item.

(Please note all in-store purchases are non-refundable and you will be issued with a store credit or exchange within 14 days.)

Product and Availability

Please note that Bertie stocks limited quantities of each item to keep it unique, however if your style is sold out do not hesitate to contact us with an enquiry on your desired garment and we can try and assist you by re-ordering it. Usually a 50% deposit is required on special orders depending on the label.
